As a small startup, we're proud to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. However, logistics and reverse shipping incur significant costs for us. To help us manage these operational expenses sustainably, a nominal exchange handling fee is applicable on exchange requests.

We kindly request all customers to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order. If you still face any sizing issues, we’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange.

Return Policy

Customers can return their order within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears worn, washed, damaged, or soiled.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please share images with us at on whatsapp @ 9920630479, and our team will assist you promptly.

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup service for most serviceable pin codes.

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, kindly ship the product(s) to the following address:

Important Note

You will not be charged at the time of pickup. If the pickup executive asks for any payment, please refuse and do not hand over the package.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes the quality check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

To make the exchange process smoother and faster for our customers:

  • Exchanges are available for size-related issues only.
  • A nominal exchange handling fee of ₹60 is applicable per exchange request.
  • Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • The exchanged product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate an exchange request by contacting us on WhatsApp at 9920630479.
  2. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement product.
  4. A nominal exchange handling fee of ₹60 must be paid via UPI to AAMBOMAN@SRCB. Kindly share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at 9920630479 to confirm and process your exchange request.
